- Dispatch: orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days of purchase.
- Payment: Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on every order.
- Tracking: where our courier partner supports it, tracking details are shared once your order ships.
- Delivery area: if you are in a location our courier cannot reach, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a refund.
