- Process: Contact us with your order number and the issue. We'll arrange a return pickup or exchange, and confirm timelines with you directly.
- Refunds: once a returned item is received and checked, refunds are issued to your original payment method, or as store credit for Cash on Delivery orders, within a reasonable timeframe.
