Returns & Refunds
We want you to be genuinely happy with your TIDYWASH.
- 7-Day Returns: if your TIDYWASH arrives damaged, defective, or isn't right for you, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Condition: the unit should be unused (beyond basic testing) and in its original packaging where possible.
- Process: email us at kumail.0332@gmail.com with your order number and the issue. We'll arrange a return pickup or exchange, and confirm timelines with you directly.
- Refunds: once a returned item is received and checked, refunds are issued to your original payment method, or as store credit for Cash on Delivery orders, within a reasonable timeframe.
This policy does not affect any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
